Hi, I’m Luke. I’ve been coaching for over 13 years helping clients build strength, fitness and confidence. I do this by carefully selecting movements that match your experience and ability while always keeping your personal goals in mind. Training should be enjoyable, so although there’s a clear focus on progression, every session is varied, challenging and rewarding - giving you something to genuinely look forward to.

I love working with beginners because it’s amazing to see how quickly confidence and progress can be achieved with the right guidance. I also enjoy coaching functional fitness athletes, particularly when it comes to developing gymnastics skills and refining Olympic lifting technique.

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me skydiving, flying planes, or taking part in local races and competitions.
