Hyrox Performance Coach

I’ve spent years competing at the highest level in endurance sports and hybrid races, with multiple elite podium finishes in Spartan Race and consistent podiums in HYROX, qualifying for the World Championships every year I’ve competed.

As a coach, I’m driven by helping others achieve breakthroughs of their own. I’ve guided athletes from average HYROX times to podium places, and I specialise in helping competitors from other sports adapt their skills and master HYROX specific techniques.

For me, the combination of competing and coaching means I understand the sport from every angle and I bring that knowledge into every session at Spirit Level.
